About this product
The ABUS 65/50 is a 50mm solid brass padlock with a standard shackle, suited to securing goods of medium value or average theft risk, such as chains, doors, gates, cupboards, lockers, toolboxes, cellar windows, sheds and switchboards. The brass body offers good corrosion resistance for outdoor use, while the hardened steel shackle has a NANO PROTECT coating for added protection against weathering and forced entry. Inside, a precision pin cylinder with mushroom counter pins and a paracentric keyway gives greater resistance to picking and manipulation, and the lock has an automatic locking mechanism. It is rated at ABUS Security Level 6 and keyed alike to code 6506, allowing multiple padlocks to be operated by the same key. Overall dimensions are 50mm wide, 77mm high and 18mm deep, with a shackle width of 28mm and height of 29mm.
