Hammerite Direct to Rust Metal Paint in White, 2.5 litres, is designed for exterior metal such as gates, railings, drainpipes, guttering and garden furniture. It can be applied directly onto rusty surfaces thanks to its 3-in-1 formula, removing the need for a primer or undercoat and saving preparation time. The paint forms a barrier that seals out moisture and provides long-lasting protection both inside and outside, with up to 8 years of corrosion resistance. It is touch dry within an hour and gives a hammered finish with a subtle metallic sheen, in a bright white that suits fencing, gates and other metalwork where a clean, light appearance is wanted. The 2.5 litre size suits larger projects or multiple smaller jobs.
