About this product

The Bahco 2628S ERGO™ Insulated Combination Pliers (180mm/7in) suit electricians and maintenance professionals needing reliable performance on live equipment up to 1,000V. The size offers a good balance between reach and manoeuvrability, with cutting capacity of 2.5mm iron alloy and 2.0mm piano wire. The head design aids accessibility, with hardened cutting edges for soft and hard wire and gripping surfaces suited to flat and round material. Made from high-performance alloy steel with a phosphate finish and anti-corrosion treatment, they feature two-component ERGO™ handles combining a thermoplastic surface with a polypropylene base for a secure grip. Each tool is tested at 10,000V for 10 seconds during manufacture and conforms to ISO 5745 and IEC 60900 standards.
