About this product
This Faithfull SDS Plus Square Box Cutter is a rectangular recess cutter designed to form openings for double electrical back boxes in masonry, brick and block substrates. It is used alongside a Faithfull tungsten carbide tipped circular cutter (FAISDSBOXCUT) to complete the recess-forming process. The cutter measures 77 x 154mm and must be used with hammer action only, with the rotation stop engaged. It is suitable only for small 2kg SDS Plus machines fitted with a Roto Stop feature, and is not suitable for larger 5kg machines. It is aimed at electricians and contractors carrying out first-fix electrical work, helping to create recesses for standard UK double back boxes.
