About this product
Knipex 70 02 160 diagonal cutters are an all-round tool for cutting soft and hard wire, including clean cutting of thin copper wires right at the cutting edge tips. They're made from forged vanadium electric steel, oil-hardened in multiple stages, with induction-hardened cutting edges giving a hardness of approximately 62 HRC.
The handles use a multi-component soft grip that is lightweight and compact, and the head has a narrow style suited to confined spaces. The cutting edges are bevelled and elongated.
Overall length is 160mm, with cutting capacities of around 4.0mm for soft wire, and lower capacities for medium and hard wire.
