About this product
This is an 18v cordless plunge saw from Einhell's Professional range, designed for cutting wood, panels and plastics using a plunge action to enter the workpiece from above. It uses a brushless motor, offering more power and longer running time than carbon brush motors, with soft start, engine brake and restart protection for safer working. It runs on Einhell Power X-Change batteries, shared with other Power X-Change tools.
The saw has a lightweight aluminium base plate, a viewing window and cut line indicator for visibility, and a spindle lock for easy blade changes. Cutting depth and bevel angle can be adjusted without tools, up to 56mm at 90° and 42mm at 45°, using a 165mm blade. It has a swivelling dust extraction port (36mm) and is compatible with the Einhell guide rail system. Weighs 4.23kg. Supplied with a wood cutting blade and rip fence; no battery, charger or case included.
