About this product

The Bostitch MCN150-E is a pneumatic Strap Shot nailer designed specifically for fixing joist hangers, metal connectors and roof trusses. Its exposed-tip design positions fasteners directly into connector plate holes, giving faster and more accurate placement than standard nailers, and its compact build allows access to tight corners other nailers cannot reach. Weighing 1.95kg, it features a sequential trip trigger and adjustable exhaust for controlled operation, and is suited to timber frame construction, structural carpentry and manufacturing work. It uses 3.75 x 38mm PT MCN galvanised nails, with a magazine capacity of 29 fasteners, nail head of 7.2mm and nail diameter of 3.3-3.8mm. Operating pressure is 70-120 PSI (4.1-8.4 bar), with air consumption of 1.9 litres per shot at 5.6 bar.
