The Makita DTR181 is an 18V LXT cordless brushless rebar tying tool designed for tying large diameter rebars and underfloor heating cables, compatible with thick rebars (D22 x D25). It offers single-handed operation for positioning rebars, with a tie wire reel that can be replaced by opening the reel cover.
Features include single or continuous actuation modes, trigger lock, torque adjustment, and 6-stage adjustable tying strengths, supporting three types of tie wire. The brushless motor is maintenance-free, and a battery protection system shuts off power automatically when the battery runs low. XPT technology gives improved dust and water resistance, and the ergonomic handle provides a sure grip.
Supplied as a bare unit with no battery or charger, this listing includes a Makpac connector case, hex wrench, belt clip and nylon brush.
