About this product
The Rapid EG380 is a corded industrial glue gun designed for intensive trade use, including PVC installation, cable and tile sealing, electronics assembly, furniture construction, carton sealing and exhibition fitting. It uses a dual-heater system with 400W input power, delivering an adhesive output of 2200 grams per hour, and takes standard 12mm diameter glue sticks compatible with both low and high temperature adhesives.
Temperature is adjustable across six settings from 130°C to 230°C, with mechanical thermostat regulation and heating times of around 1 minute at 130°C and 3 minutes at 210°C. A strong feeding mechanism gives higher glue output per trigger stroke, while interchangeable 3.5mm nozzles and an adjustable stand suit different jobs.
The gun has a soft-grip four-finger trigger and lightweight, ergonomic design to reduce fatigue, plus a 3.5m cord for extended reach.
