About this product
The Makita JR3051TK is a corded electric reciprocating saw designed for professional use, suited to cutting wood, pipe and metal as well as demolition work. It has a compact overall length for getting into tighter spaces, and features a variable speed trigger, tool-less blade change and a joist hook for convenient positioning during use.
The saw is powered by a motor rated at 1200W input, with strokes ranging from 0 to 3,000 per minute and a stroke length of 30mm. It can cut wood up to 255mm and pipe up to 130mm in diameter. It has a fixed shoe position, double insulation and an ergonomic soft grip handle, and weighs 3.3kg.
The JR3051TK version is supplied with a carry case, a reciprocating saw blade and a joist hook. Additional design features mentioned include an internal dust blower to clear debris from the cutting line and a heavy-duty adjustable shoe.
