About this product

A 90° shank mounted template profiler with a tungsten carbide tip and a 1/2 inch shank, designed for use with a router mounted above or below a table when following a template. The shank mounted bearing guides the cutter and is suited to both straight and curved profiling and rebating work; it is not intended for plunge cutting or grooving. Cutting diameter is 19.1mm with a cut length of 50mm. A 3mm approximate overlap should be left before copy profiling, and when trimming plastic laminate the adhesive should be allowed to dry fully first, to avoid clogging the guide bearing.
