About this product
This is a 1/4in shank bearing-guided router cutter for creating a round over edge detail on straight and curved work in timber and timber-based materials. It has two carbide TCT tips for clean cutting and fast waste clearance, plus a PTFE coating to reduce heat and resin build-up, helping performance and longevity.
Supplied with two bearings, it can produce either a round over or a quirked ovolo moulding, useful for fine detailing on boxes and model making. With a 9.5mm radius it will cut a full bullnose profile on 19mm stock. Cutting diameter is 31.7mm, cutting depth 15.9mm, and overall length 67.5mm. The 1/4in shank suits smaller routers and is 'K' marked for safe working practices.
