About this product
This Trend jig is an all-in-one tool for tradesmen joining kitchen worktops up to 900mm wide. Made from hard-wearing, CNC-machined 12mm compact grade laminate, it allows both parts of a joint to be cut in around 15 minutes, including setting up. It handles left and right hand corners, a 400mm radius peninsular joint, a 45° end cut, a 45° trade corner for hob units, radius corners, a kitchen door hole and a BSP hole for mixer taps. Fixed lengths are provided for worktops from 400mm up to 900mm, cutting up to 40mm thickness with or without anti-drip postformed edges. It includes open-ended dog-bone bolt recesses, plus engraved lines for bolts and cross-cutting. Tapered ABS plastic pins give three-point contact for accurate setup, with engraved markings to identify pin holes. Use requires a portable plunge router, a template guide bush, a suitable TCT cutter, and clamps.
