About this product
The ABUS SCATOR-E is a non-vented safety helmet in yellow, suited to construction sites, general industrial environments and low-voltage electrical work. Its fully enclosed ABS shell prevents transmission of electrical currents, offering protection against direct voltage up to 1,500V DC and alternating voltage up to 1,000V AC, while also serving as protection in non-electrified hazardous areas.
A 6-point textile suspension harness combines with PowerTriangle spring-suspension technology to absorb impact energy, and an angled neck strap with an integrated adjustment wheel keeps the helmet secure. Three height-adjustment steps allow fitting to different head sizes (53-63cm), and a short peak preserves visibility.
The helmet includes a headlamp holder, slots for visors or face protection, and a 30mm Euroslot for ear defenders. It meets EN 397:2012 + A1:2012 and weighs 382g.
