About this product
The ABUS SCATOR-E is a non-vented safety helmet in red, suited to low-voltage electrical work as well as general construction and industrial use. Its fully enclosed ABS shell prevents electrical currents passing through, offering protection against direct voltage up to 1,500V DC and alternating voltage up to 1,000V AC.
A 6-point textile suspension harness and PowerTriangle spring-suspension technology absorb part of any impact energy, reducing what reaches the wearer's head. An angled neck strap with adjustment wheel and three height-adjustment steps allow the fit to be tailored to the individual.
The short peak preserves visibility, and the helmet includes a headlamp holder, slots for visors or face protection, and a 30mm Euroslot for ear defenders. It meets EN 397:2012 + A1:2012, fits head sizes 53-63cm, and weighs 382g.
