About this product
ForgeFast TORX-compatible wood screws measuring 6.0 x 200mm, supplied in a box of 100 with a compatible driver bit. The length and diameter suit heavy-duty structural work, such as fixing through thick insulation and cladding into masonry or joining substantial timber sections.
The screws feature a patented drill and drive thread that reduces splitting and prevents jacking or spinning of joined timber, along with a sharp point capable of piercing 0.8mm steel. Recessed ribs and a reinforced countersunk neck improve countersinking, reduce surface dust and boost holding power.
An Elementech 400 coating gives anti-corrosive protection said to outlast standard zinc coatings by up to six times, is free from Cr6+, and has been salt spray tested to 400 hours. Intended for interior use.
