About this product

ForgeFast 7 x 150mm Hexagonal/Torx® compatible timber screws, supplied in a tub of 50, suited to fixing into soft or hardwood, including thicker timber sections such as decking beams and pergolas. The combination hexagonal head with deep Torx®-compatible insert reduces cam-out and gives higher torque and a firmer drive, while the super sharp tip provides immediate bite from the first turn. A patented self-drilling thread removes the need to pre-drill and reduces the risk of splitting, even close to edges. The hardened case and core give exceptional strength, and the screws can flex by up to 35°, reducing the likelihood of shearing in flexible materials. Finished in tan elementech 2000 coating, offering corrosion resistance up to 30 times greater than standard zinc-coated fixings. CE approved for use in load-bearing timber construction.
