About this product
Denso Flashing Tape is a grey aluminium laminate-coated bitumen adhesive tape, tough yet conformable, with a high melting point. The foil laminate construction gives good puncture resistance, tensile strength, elongation and tear strength, making the tape stronger, easier to apply and able to accommodate the natural movement of joints without losing adhesion or splitting.
This 300mm wide roll suits large-scale flashing and sealing work, including wide valley gutters, lead sheet replacement and extensive flashing repairs. It adheres to metal, concrete, brick, slate, tile, painted wood, glass and rigid plastics.
Specifications: breaking strength 4.5 N/mm, adhesion strength 4.5 N/mm width, application temperature 5°C to 40°C, service temperature up to 80°C short term, thickness 1.0mm, supplied as a 300mm x 10m roll in grey.
