About this product
This BlueSpot Tools external chamfer/deburring tool is designed to clean and restore damaged external threads and studs, covering sizes from 3mm to 19mm. It suits stainless steel, hardened steel, mild steel, copper, brass, fibreglass and hard plastic, making it useful across general trade and engineering work. The cutting blades are made from tungsten carbide, chosen for its hardness and high melting point of around 2,600°, giving the tool durability when tackling tough thread restoration tasks. It has a 1/4in hex shank for use with electric drills and produces a chamfer angle of approximately 50°.
