The Faithfull HSS Straight Flute Tap Set M3 x 0.5 is a general-purpose set for cutting fine M3 metric threads in blind or through-holes, suited to precision engineering, electronics assembly and detailed mechanical work where space is limited and accuracy matters.
The set comprises three taps – taper, second and bottom – giving a complete progressive threading solution from start to finish. A drill size of 2.5mm is specified for use with this thread.
