About this product
This BlueSpot Tools 15 Piece Drill & Tap Set is a threading kit for cutting metric threads, aimed at engineers, fabricators and maintenance workers. The taps are made from hardened steel for durability and clean thread cutting, and each tap is matched with its correct drill bit to remove guesswork when preparing pilot holes. The set covers metric thread sizes from M3 to M12, with drills ranging from 2.5mm to 10.2mm. It is suitable for use with steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals, and can also be used on plastics if distilled water is used as a coolant. Included are seven drills, seven taps and a tap wrench, all supplied together in a metal storage tin for organised keeping on the bench or in the workshop.
