About this product
The DEWALT DCB548 is a slide-type lithium-ion battery compatible with all 18V XR and 54V FlexVolt cordless power tools. Described as the world's first convertible 18/54V battery, it switches voltage automatically depending on the tool used, giving access to heavier construction tools while remaining compatible with the existing 18V XR range.
Built to the same size and weight as the DCB547, it uses 22mm high capacity cells rated at 12.0Ah in 18V mode or 4.0Ah in 54V mode, providing 216Wh of energy and longer runtime than 18V XR 4.0Ah or 5.0Ah batteries without adding bulk. It includes a state of charge indicator for checking remaining battery life and comes with a transport cap. Weight is 1.2kg.
