Vitax SBK Brushwood Killer 125ml 5BKA125

Vitax SBK Brushwood Killer is a selective weedkiller suited to smaller gardens and spot treatments of woody weeds. The 125ml bottle provides enough concentrate for limited areas affected by brambles, nettles, dock, hardwood saplings or tree stumps, without waste. Its active ingredient, Triclopyr, is unusually effective on woody plants and brushwood while leaving grass unharmed, making it useful for tidying boundaries or tackling isolated patches of growth in gardens or smallholdings. It also controls broadleaf weeds, particularly Creeping Charlie.

Apply between May and October when soil is moist and weeds are growing, with June to August best for woody weeds. Tree stumps are best treated in Autumn or Winter, avoiding April to June when sap is rising. Allow at least six weeks between application and replanting. The product is classed as an irritant, so care should be taken during use.
