About this product
The Makita GA7020 is a 110v angle grinder taking 180mm discs, suited to cutting, grinding and polishing across trades such as welding, fabrication, masonry and maintenance. It runs at 8,500rpm with a no-load speed rating and an M14 x 2mm spindle, accepting a 110mm wire cup brush and 180mm x 22.23mm bore discs.
The motor is protected by anti-dust sealing and labyrinth construction to keep debris out, and the tool is double insulated. The side handle can be fitted in multiple positions for comfort and control, including a position favoured for cutting, and a rubberised, vibration-absorbing grip helps reduce fatigue during extended use. Carbon brushes are easy to access for inspection and replacement, and dust extraction can be connected via a vacuum hose.
Supplied with a lock nut wrench, side handle and wheel guard.
