About this product
The Dormer P803 is a solid carbide rotary burr with a cylinder shape and end cut, producing a double cut for general machining. It suits flat surfaces and right-angled corners, giving good control, a strong metal removal rate and manageable swarf. It is designed for use on steel, cast steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper and its alloys, high-temperature alloys and hardened materials. The burr has a toughened, hardened steel shank for rigidity and strength, reducing vibration and bending to improve tool life, with a strong braze joint between shank and carbide tip. It has a bright, uncoated finish and is ground to fine tolerances for accuracy. Diameter cut is 9.6mm, shank diameter 6mm, and overall length 64mm.
