About this product
This Faithfull metal cut off disc measures 300mm in diameter, 3.5mm thick, with a 22.23mm bore. It suits heavy-duty stationary cutting machines and large portable grinders, with the 22mm bore fitting a variety of machine types from mini-grinders to stationary cutting-off machines.
The disc is made from Aluminium Oxide abrasive grit with fibreglass reinforcing and resin bonding, giving both safety and good cutting performance. The 3.5mm thickness adds strength for heavy industrial use. It is manufactured to EN 12413 standard.
It must not be used for grinding and should always be presented to the workpiece at a 90° angle. Users should wear goggles, check the wheel's condition regularly, adjust guards to deflect sparks and dust, and let the wheel work at the correct speed rather than forcing it.
