About this product
This Faithfull Metal Cut Off Disc measures 300mm in diameter, 3.5mm thick, with a 25.4mm bore. It is the largest size in the range, intended for industrial stationary cutting-off machines and heavy-duty fabrication equipment, suiting structural steel and large section metalwork.
The disc is made from Aluminium Oxide abrasive grit with fibreglass reinforcing and resin bonding, giving both safety and cutting performance. It is manufactured to the EN 12413 standard and must only be used for cutting, not grinding, always presented to the workpiece at a 90° angle.
Users should read the manufacturer's instructions, wear goggles, inspect the wheel regularly, adjust guards to deflect sparks and dust, and let the wheel work at a maintained speed rather than forcing it.
