This Bosch 25-piece HSS Twist PointTeQ drill bit set is aimed at tradespeople needing reliable metal drilling across a wide range of hole sizes, from 1mm to 13mm in 0.5mm increments, supplied in a ProBox case. It suits alloyed and non-alloyed steel, non-ferrous metals, cast steel, cast iron and plastics. The PointTeQ tip is self-centering, preventing wandering at the start of the drill, while the 135-degree tip geometry increases drilling rate and reduces heat and wear. Bits are made to DIN 338 with a Type N flute angle and a black-oxide coated flute for efficient chip removal. The cylindrical shank suits standard three-jaw chucks, drill stands and drill drivers. Bits below 6mm have a highly elastic body to reduce the risk of breakage.
