About this product
The CorePlus 5mm Diamond Tile Drill Bit is designed for fast, clean cutting through porcelain and ceramic tiles. As the smallest size in the range, it suits pilot holes, small fixings, shelf supports and other delicate drilling tasks requiring precision.
The bit uses vacuum brazing technology with premium-grade, braze-bonded diamonds, helping the diamonds stay bonded for long life and allowing the bit to cut hard materials without chipping or cracking. It starts easily without needing a drill guide, and only minimal water cooling is required rather than a continuous water feed.
Core waste material auto-ejects during use, allowing continuous drilling without interruption. A Tri-Flat shank provides secure grip and control, giving good performance when used with cordless drills.
