About this product
This DEWALT Extreme Flatwood drill bit is designed for fast, accurate drilling in hardwood, softwood, chipboard and other man-made materials. It suits jobs such as door locks, mortising, and electrical or plumbing work, and can withstand accidental contact with nails buried in timber.
It features an extra thick, heavy-duty full length heat-treated steel shank for durability against bending and breaking, with chamfered outer cutting spurs for clean, fast drilling and extended life. The precision-ground central point is designed for faster material penetration and increased drilling speed.
The 1/4" hex fitting prevents slipping in drill chucks, and a hang hole allows for storage or wire pulling. Diameter 32mm, length 152mm.
