About this product
This DEWALT multi-material drill bit is designed for use across wood, plastics, masonry, mild steel and non-ferrous metals, removing the need to switch bits between materials. It has a carbide split-point tip with a fully supported carbide head, giving faster drilling and accurate starts, including near corners and edges. The bit can be used in both rotary and percussion drilling modes. Construction is in CrNiMo steel for good power transmission and resistance to breakage. The shank has three milled clamping surfaces to prevent slipping and rotation within the chuck, helping to maintain grip during use. Diameter is 8.0mm, with an overall length of 200mm and a working length of 170mm. The shank/connection type is round.
