About this product
This DEWALT Extreme Masonry Drill Bit is designed for drilling anchor, plastic plug, fixing or pipework clearance holes in masonry, brick, stone, tiles and light concrete. It measures 6.5mm in diameter, with an overall length of 150mm and a working length of 100mm.
An optimum carbide grade is used to maximise durability, said to last up to twice as long and deliver up to 50% more holes per charge on a cordless drill than a standard masonry bit. A unique tip design gives efficient drilling with reduced walking for greater accuracy, while the optimised milled flute aids fast drilling. Special copper brazing withstands high temperatures, and the hardened steel body includes core reinforcement with an anti-slip shank.
