About this product
The DEWALT Extreme Masonry Drill Bit is designed for masonry work, suitable for use on masonry, brick, stone, tiles and light concrete. It is typically used for drilling anchor, plastic plug, fixing or pipework clearance holes.
The bit is said to last up to twice as long and deliver up to 50% more holes per charge on a cordless drill than a standard masonry bit. This is due to an optimum carbide grade for durability, a unique tip design that reduces walking for greater accuracy, and an optimised milled flute for fast drilling. Copper brazing withstands high temperatures, while the hardened steel body has core reinforcement for tensile strength and drilling progress. The shank is anti-slip.
