This Dormer A002 jobber drill bit is made from high-speed steel with a titanium nitride (TiN) coating for increased tool life and heat resistance. It has a diameter of 3.00mm, an overall length of 61mm and a working length of 33mm, with a 118° point angle to DIN 338 standards.
The TiN coating reduces friction and heat buildup, giving smoother drilling and longer tool life. A self-centring split point aids hole quality and positional accuracy. Suitable for hand-held or machine drilling into steel, stainless steel, cast iron, ceramics, plastics and other materials.
