The Dormer A120 is a high-speed steel stub drill bit designed for general machining, suited to portable drills, turrets and automatic lathes. Its short, stub length makes it useful for drilling in confined spaces where a standard-length bit would not fit.
It features a 118° point angle with a split point for easy starting and accurate location, reducing the risk of the bit wandering. Manufactured to DIN 1897 and steam tempered, the HSS construction gives good resistance to wear and heat for consistent performance.
