This 4.0mm Faithfull Professional Cobalt Jobber Drill Bit is supplied in a pack of 2, a size commonly used for general metalworking and clearance holes in steel fabrication and engineering work. It is made from M35 HSSE grade steel with 5% cobalt content, giving increased heat resistance so the bit keeps its hardness and cutting edge under demanding use compared with standard HSS bits. It is fully ground and manufactured to DIN 388 standards for precise tolerances and geometric accuracy, with a 135° non-slip split point for accurate centring and easier starting. Suitable for alloy steels, carbon steels, cast iron, hardened alloy steels, stainless steels, high temperature alloys, titanium alloy, high strength steel and carbon fibre composites. Overall length is 75mm.
