The Dormer A120 is a high-speed steel stub drill bit designed for precision drilling in tight or confined spaces. Its short, stub length gives increased rigidity, reducing the risk of deflection and breakage, making it suitable for high-strength materials such as steel, cast iron and aluminium.
The bit is steam tempered, has right-hand rotation/cutting, conforms to DIN 1897, and features a 118° point angle. It is suited to general machining applications, including use in portable drills, turrets and automatic lathes.
