About this product

An 11mm jobber drill bit made from M35 HSSE grade steel with 5% cobalt content, giving increased heat resistance and cutting performance for demanding materials. It is fully ground and features a 135° non-slip split point for precise centring, reducing walking on hard surfaces. Manufactured to DIN 388 standards for high precision tolerances and geometric accuracy, this bit is suited to heavy-duty industrial drilling in alloy steels, carbon steels, cast iron, hardened alloy steels, stainless steels, high temperature alloys, titanium alloy, high strength steel and carbon fibre composite materials. Supplied as a single bit with an overall length of 142mm, commonly used for mounting bolts, dowels and structural fixings in steel fabrication, heavy engineering and industrial maintenance work.
