About this product
This 12mm Faithfull Professional Cobalt Jobber Drill Bit is supplied individually and suited to heavy-duty industrial drilling, including mounting bolts, anchor points and structural fixings in steel fabrication and mechanical engineering work. It is made from M35 HSSE grade steel with 5% cobalt content, giving increased heat resistance and cutting performance. The bit is fully ground with a 135° non-slip split point for precise centring and easier starting on hard surfaces, and is manufactured to DIN 388 for high precision tolerances and geometric accuracy. It is suitable for use on alloy steels, carbon steels, cast iron, hardened alloy steels, stainless steels, high temperature alloys, titanium alloy, high strength steel and carbon fibre composites. Overall length is 151mm, supplied as a pack of 1.
