About this product
This Faithfull abrasive flap wheel measures 60 x 30mm and carries a medium 80 grit grade, suited to general-purpose sanding across curved and shaped surfaces. The flexible aluminium oxide flaps are secured with a resin bond for strength and extended service life, giving a consistent finish without clogging.
A built-in arbor shaft with a 6mm (1/4in) shank allows the wheel to be fitted into the chuck of most power drills. When in use, eye protection should be worn, the wheel's maximum RPM should not be exceeded, and it should be inspected before use, avoiding any that are damaged or shedding. Hands should be kept clear of the rotating flaps, the wheel mounted securely, and it should be used only for sanding and finishing without excessive pressure, in a well-ventilated area.
