About this product
This pack of three Faithfull Aluminium Oxide Flap Discs measures 115 x 22mm with 120 grit, designed for smooth grinding of mild steel, carbon steel and alloys. They suit compact angle grinders and are well suited to final surface preparation before coating or finishing. Each disc has 72 flaps for fast stock removal with minimal risk of gouging or discolouration, and a self-sharpening design that maintains performance and reduces the number of disc changes needed. The layered construction runs cooler and quieter than typical grinding discs, with less vibration and glazing, and offers up to 30 times the life of fibre discs. The lightweight design reduces operator fatigue and improves control, while the slightly conical profile suits grinding at 15-25 degree angles on contoured surfaces.
