About this product
This pack of three Faithfull Aluminium Oxide Flap Discs measures 115 x 22mm with 80 grit, suited to final grinding and finishing of mild steel, carbon steel and alloys. The 72-flap construction allows fast stock removal with minimal risk of gouging or discolouration, and the discs are self-sharpening, giving a life said to be up to 30 times longer than conventional fibre discs. Designed for use with angle grinders, the lightweight, layered design runs cooler and quieter with reduced vibration and glazing, reducing operator fatigue and improving control. The slightly conical shape suits grinding at 15-25 degree angles on contoured surfaces, making the discs versatile for varied finishing tasks.
