About this product
This pack contains three Faithfull Aluminium Oxide Flap Discs, 115 x 22mm, in 40, 80 and 120 grit, giving coverage for all stages of grinding work on mild steel, carbon steel and alloys with angle grinders. The 40 grit disc suits rough grinding and finishing, 80 grit is for final grinding, and 120 grit gives a smooth finish. Each disc has 72 flaps for fast stock removal with minimal risk of gouging or discolouration. The layered, self-sharpening design runs cooler and quieter with less vibration and glazing, and lasts up to 30 times longer than fibre discs. The slightly conical shape suits grinding at 15-25 degree angles on contoured surfaces, while the lightweight construction aids control and reduces operator fatigue.
