About this product
This is a 567g (20oz) claw hammer from Roughneck's Gorilla V-Series, suited to general construction, carpentry and renovation work where a balance of striking power and manoeuvrability is needed. The head is drop-forged, hardened and tempered steel, with a curved claw and smooth face.
The handle uses a V-Shock twin-beam girder shaft that dampens shock and vibration, paired with an air-cushioned grip for comfort during extended use. Reduced weight in the shaft shifts the centre of gravity towards the head, improving balance and reducing user effort.
A magnetic nail holder helps with starting nails in awkward spots, while a mini-claw allows embedded nails to be removed. A lanyard hole in the handle base allows secure tethering when working at height.
