The Roughneck GORILLA® Mini Sledge Hammer is a 1.4kg (3lb) tool suited to lighter demolition work, driving smaller wooden posts, and jobs where control matters as much as striking force. Its lighter weight compared to other sledges in the range reduces fatigue over extended or repetitive use.
Precision-forged from high-carbon steel, it has a triple-face design: a dome-shaped point for concentrated force, a larger-than-normal flat face with a chamfered edge for general use, and an unhardened side face intended specifically for striking wooden posts without damaging them. The two primary striking faces are induction heat-treated for hardness and durability.
The handle has a shock-absorbing TPE grip for comfort during use.
