The Roughneck Gorilla V-Series Club Hammer, in a 1.1kg (2½ lb) weight, is designed for general construction and maintenance work where a lighter, more manoeuvrable hammer is useful, including precision tasks and overhead use. It is made from drop-forged, hardened and tempered steel for durability, with 45° chamfered striking edges to prevent chipping and protect striking surfaces.
The V-Shock twin-beam girder shaft acts as a damper to reduce shock and vibration transmission, aided by an air-cushioned grip for comfort during extended use. Reduced weight in the shaft shifts the centre of gravity towards the head, improving balance and reducing effort with each strike.
A lanyard hole in the base of the handle allows secure tethering for safe use when working at height, such as on scaffolding or ladders.
