The DMT 150mm Diamond Whetstone in Fine grade (red, 600 grit, 25 micron) is designed for precision honing and refining edges that have already been shaped by a coarser stone. It suits final sharpening stages on tools such as chef's knives, carving tools and other precision instruments, producing a polished, sharp edge.
