About this product
This DMT 150mm Diamond Whetstone is an extra coarse (220 grit, 60 micron) sharpening stone designed for rapid material removal. It suits repairing chipped or badly dulled edges and re-establishing blade geometry on neglected tools, making it a good starting point before moving to finer grades.
The diamond surface is colour-coded black to denote its aggressive grade, and offers controlled, consistent cutting despite the coarseness. The 150mm size makes it suitable for kitchen knives and smaller workshop tools.
It is supplied housed in a hardwood case, which protects the stone when not in use.
