About this product
The Bahco 3830-48-C is a 48mm bi-metal variable pitch holesaw, suited to medium to larger electrical installations such as electrical boxes, downlighters and general fixture mounting. It uses Sandflex technology with a variable pitch (4-6 TPI) blade to reduce vibration and give smooth cutting action. High-speed steel cutting edges provide hardness and long life, while welded seam construction ensures accurate cuts. The heat-treated body adds strength, and the saw is suitable for all sawable materials up to 38mm thick. It can be used in portable electric or pneumatic tools as well as various drilling, boring and milling machine tools. Arbors are available separately.
