This 48mm bi-metal holesaw from Faithfull is suited to plumbing, electrical and general construction work, such as cutting holes for waste pipes, electrical boxes and other fixtures. It is made from bi-metal with 8% cobalt content, giving improved resistance to heat and wear for a longer working life.
Precision-set teeth allow aggressive cutting with good swarf clearance, giving a smooth, fast cutting action across thin and thick gauge materials. It works on stainless steel, steel, aluminium, sheet metal, mild metal, non-ferrous metals, cast iron, soft and hard woods, and PVC.
The holesaw has a cutting depth of 38mm and a diameter of 48mm, and is designed for use with most variable speed power drills.
